Cognitive Talent Solutions is launching the "Future of Work Series from Silicon Valley" in partnership with DCH and HR Tech Hub.

DCH is an international association of HR executives, counting with 4,000+ members across the US, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Brazil and Africa. Its HR Tech Hub connects HR Tech startups with corporations, organizing discussion panels and networking events.

The first season of the series will consist of three one-hour episodes, where professionals from the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond will be discussing the latest trends in the Future of Work. The episodes will be uploaded on this article as they are available.

S01 E01: “The Hybrid Workforce: Onsite vs Remote Work”

The first episode “The Hybrid Workforce: Onsite vs Remote Work” took place on May 6 with Angelo Del Priore (Partner at HP Tech Ventures), Carmen Bryant (Director of Marketing, US at Indeed.com) and Francisco Marin (Co-founder & CEO at Cognitive Talent Solutions) as speakers, being moderated by Kae Huynh (Investor at EG Ventures). This episode was structured as a fireside chat, providing the audience with the unique perspectives of a VC partner, a corporate executive, an angel investor and a startup founder on the challenges and opportunities presented by different workplace strategies.

S01 E02: “Workforce Planning in the Digital Age”

The second episode “Workforce Planning in the Digital Age” took place on July 8 with Xuelian Chi (Advisor at Cognitive Talent Solutions and Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs), Al Adamsen (Co-founder & CEO at PAFOW and Talent Strategy Institute) and Graham Davis, (Enteprise Group Manager & Senior Director of Product Management at Indeed.com) as speakers, being moderated by Kae Huynh (Investor at EG Ventures). This second episode provided the audience with the speakers' perspectives on the role that technology plays in the implementation of a successful workforce planning strategy.

S01 E03: “A Decentralized Future: From Organigrams to Organizational Networks”

The third and last episode “A Decentralized Future: From Organigrams to Organizational Networks” took place on September 9 with Jennifer Paylor (Head of Learning & Development, Talent, and Culture - North America at Capgemini), Andrew Spence, (HR Transformation Director at Glass Bead Consulting) and Francisco Marin (Co-founder & CEO at Cognitive Talent Solutions) as speakers, being moderated by Kae Huynh (Investor at EG Ventures). This episode provided the audience with the speakers' perspective on the role that networks play in the creation of a decentralized future of work.
