Ana Valera, Head of People Analytics at PDA International, Director of the Master in Digital HR Management and People Analytics at Leadership Management School and former People Analytics Manager at Securitas Direct, has joined Cognitive Talent Solutions as an Ambassador in Spain. An experienced People Analytics leader with hands-on experience in Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), Ana and will be representing Cognitive Talent Solutions in Spain, supporting the company’s ONA deployments in the country.

Ana is a specialist in People Analytics and innovation, with more than 10 years of experience in the sector. She is currently part of the PDA International, where she works as Head of Analytics. She is passionate about teaching, collaborating with different national and international entities, Universities and Business Schools such as UAM, UOC, LMS, THE VALLEY, Aedipe, DCH and T&P among others.

She is a speaker at national and international HR events, including HR Innovation Summit, DCH Meeting on Trends in Human Resources, Human Factor Congress, RecruiTalent, DataTalentFest and ITALENT among others. She has also been a jury at the Human Capital Tech Summit 2021 in the People Analytics startup category. Until May 2020, Ana held the position of People Analytics manager at Securitas Direct, where she assumed the responsibility of creating one of the first People Analytics departments in Spain. During this time, two of the projects she worked on were awarded the EXPANSIÓN AWARDS for innovation in HR (2018 and 2019).

Previously, she held the position of Client Partner for People Analytics projects at IIC Instituto de Ingeniería del Conocimiento, a pioneering R&D center for data analytics in Spain. During this time, she participated in projects for companies such as GRUPO SANTANDER, CORREOS, INDRA, REPSOL or BBVA, among others.
